Touchpoints is committed to do its share in the Green Planet initiative. Some of the steps taken by associates of Touchpoints towards this initiative are as follows:
- Bring your Own Mug/Bottle – no plastics/paper cups
- Switch off the power strip of all computers/lights/electronic and electrical devices – where possible put motion switches.
- Always leave systems on standby or sleep mode while away from the desk.
- Bike to work or carpool as much as possible
- Initiative to motivate associates to go for Hybrid or efficient cars

Touchpoints is a women owned minority business enterprise. The leadership team brings with it over 35 years of combined experience in software development, product management, program management, financial management and human capital management. The team has a track record of sustained growth and some profound learning the varying business climates and changing marketplace. The foundation of the firm has helped create strong guiding principles and use the knowledge center to guide this young organization to its goal.
The core team has educational backgrounds in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Capital Management and Financial Management. They also have domain experience in Public Sector, Banking, Technology, Manufacturing and Healthcare. Supported by an able team of associates, Touchpoints has developed a natural ability to focus and deliver projects and engagements with high ROI.
