GMS (Grants Management System) is designed and developed as an integrated system for tracking, reviewing, and managing grants applications by multiple client agencies. GMS consist of multiple modules – Application Editing Module, Reviewer Allocation Module; Reviewer Module with Spell checker tool; Consensus Review Module; Project Management Module; Award Module; and Contract Assignment and Management Module.
The system tracks the entire grant application and the resulting awarded grant contract through its entire life cycle.
GMS is a web based system with multiple levels of password protections. GMS is developed in a collaborative framework with partners and stake holders each bringing unique expertise to the table. Touchpoints has built this using the .NET framework , IBM Cognos for BI analytics and reporting with Oracle backend. The system also is designed to have an interface to SAP modules used by agencies.
